Lower blepharoplasty for raised dark circles

This type of dark circles is caused by lower fat pockets. The correction is exclusively surgical.

This is a surgery where it is generally necessary to remove the fatty pocket.

   Here again, without excess, I carry out this intervention via the conjunctival route. That is to say, there is no visible scar on the outside. This also avoids the main complication of this procedure. Complication, never encountered in more than 20 years of practice, which is the round eye.

Indeed, we must respect the skin at the lower part of the eyelid. Thanks to the laser incision, the scar is inside the eyelid and we can address the excess fatty pocket which is often triple.
