Evolution Three Weeks Post-Liposuction

At this stage of the recovery after your liposuction, you will start to see improvements, but it is important to keep in mind that your body is still healing and the results are not yet permanent.

1. Reduction of Swelling
Although the swelling is at its highest the first few days after the operation, it begins to decrease noticeably three weeks later. However, slight swelling may persist for several months. Continuous wearing of compression garments is essential to help reduce this swelling and support your new figure.

2. Reduction of Bruising
At this point you will notice that the bruising has diminished significantly and is starting to disappear. This process is a good indicator that your body is recovering well from the procedure.

3. Visibility of the First Contours
Although the final result is not yet visible due to residual swelling, you should start to see a new silhouette emerging. The treated areas will show a reduction in volume, and the contours of your body will begin to become more defined.

4. Sensations and Sensitivity
You may still feel some sensitivity or areas of numbness in the treated areas. These sensations are normal and should gradually subside.
